Your privacy matters to me. This website is deliberately simple: it uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

1. Who is responsible

2. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., San Francisco, USA (render.com) and delivered through its global content delivery network. When you visit, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not combined with other data.

Render is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR).

The domain kathrinpachinger.com is registered with Hoststar – Multimedia Networks, Irdning, Austria.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and video are hosted on this website itself, so no data is sent to third parties such as Google Fonts or YouTube while you browse.

4. Contact by email or WhatsApp

If you contact me by email or WhatsApp, I use the details you send (such as your name, contact details and message) only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to organise sessions, trainings or collaborations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I delete these messages when they are no longer needed, unless I am legally required to keep them.

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). The link is only created after you click, so nothing is sent to WhatsApp before that. Once you use WhatsApp, its own privacy policy applies, and data may be transferred to the USA.

5. Instagram

This website links to my Instagram profile. It is a plain link, not an embedded feed, so no data is sent to Instagram (Meta) unless you click it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. To use these rights, simply email me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
